What does a website or app from Hermsey cost?
I build websites from €650 and apps from €1,500; automations are priced on request. All prices exclude VAT. Because every project is different, I work with a tailored proposal: after the introduction (step 1 of my process) you'll receive a clear quote during Plan & design (step 2), with no surprises afterwards. Doesn't the proposal suit you? Then you simply walk away: up to that point everything is free and without obligation.
What do you mean by automations?
Automations are recurring tasks that software handles for you, so you no longer spend time on them. Think of an enquiry that lands in your CRM automatically, a confirmation email that goes out instantly, an invoice that's ready for you or an AI chatbot that answers customer questions.
How long until my website or app is live?
It depends on the scope, but I work fast. A website is usually live within 1 week and an app within 2 weeks. Adding automations typically takes about 1 extra week, depending on what needs to be connected. During the introduction we'll create a timeline together that fits your situation.
Which tools and systems can you connect to?
With workflows I connect hundreds of tools: CRMs, accounting software, email, calendars, web shops and more. If a system has an API, I can almost always connect to it. And if there's no tool that does exactly what you need? Then I build a custom integration or tool.
Can I edit my website content myself?
Yes, if you'd like to. We agree up front how much you want to manage yourself and I set up the website accordingly. Would you rather hand over maintenance and hosting as well? Read below how my maintenance plan takes care of that for you.
Do you also take care of hosting and maintenance?
Yes. After launch you can choose my maintenance plan for €75 per month (excl. VAT), with hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and small changes. You'll find more details above under Maintenance & hosting.
What does working together look like and how often are we in touch?
As often as needed. During development I keep you updated and regularly show you where things stand. After launch it depends on whether I also handle maintenance, but a good client relationship comes first for me, also once the project is done. You can always reach out with questions or new ideas.
How secure is my data?
Data security and the applicable laws and regulations, such as the GDPR, are a top priority for me. Especially with automations, where data is exchanged between systems. That's why I document up front which data is stored and processed where, and discuss it with you. So you know exactly what happens to your data and can explain it to your own customers too.
Do you only work in the Eindhoven area?
No. I'm based in Veldhoven, but work with clients across the Netherlands. Much of it happens online, and I visit when needed.
I already have a website. Can you add automations to it?
Often, yes. I first look at what your current website and systems can do, then give you honest advice on whether connecting or rebuilding is the smartest choice.
